To change the name on your demat account, please contact Jainam customer support and provide the necessary documents, such as a valid ID proof and a name change affidavit. Our support team will guide you through the process.
If you forgot your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page. Follow the instructions to reset your password using your client login ID and follow the prompts to complete the password reset process.
To change your PIN, log in to the Jainam app, navigate to ‘Account Settings,’ and select ‘Change PIN.’ Enter your current PIN, followed by the new PIN, and confirm.
To check your reports, log in to Space and navigate to the Comet section to locate “Reports”. All required reports are listed here, where you can view your ledger and after-trade details.
Log in to Space and navigate the following path: Comet > Reports > Portfolio > My Holdings > e-transfer > Pledge. Select your stock and quantity and wait for our team to process your request.
To add a nominee, log in to your Jainam account, go to the ‘Profile’ section, and select ‘Add Nominee.’ Enter the nominee’s details and submit the form. Ensure you have the nominee’s ID proof handy for verification.
Log in to Space and navigate to your profile. Proceed to “My Details” and look for the option to update your bank details. Fill in the details of the additional bank account and submit the request.
To change your mobile number, log in to your account, navigate to ‘Account Settings,’ select ‘Update Mobile Number,’ and follow the verification process to update your new number.
You will need to provide a PAN card, Aadhaar card, passport-sized photograph, and a canceled cheque or bank statement for proof of address. Additional documents may be required based on specific circumstances.
If you detect any suspicious activity, immediately contact Jainam customer support. Additionally, change your password and PIN to secure your account. Our team will assist you in investigating and securing your account.
