Purpose	– To reopen a special window for investors whose physical share transfer requests (before April 01, 2019) were rejected due to document deficiencies. – Special window was provided on the basis of representations from investors, RTAs, and companies requesting a second chance for processing earlier rejected physical share transfers.
Interpretation of Circular for Clients(BO)	– As physical share transfers are discontinued post-April 01, 2019, a special 6-month window is provided for re-lodgement to process eligible cases during the window. – This provides a second opportunity to clients for rejected transfers.
