Customer Feedback Consent

I, the undersigned, hereby grant  Jainam Broking Limited permission to use my testimonial, including my name, written feedback, photographs, and/or video recordings, for display on the Customer Testimonial Wall and in related marketing materials (both online and offline).

I understand and agree that:

1. 1. My testimonial may be edited for length or clarity without altering its meaning. 
2. 2. My testimonial may be used in print, digital, and social media formats. 
3. 3. I will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of my testimonial. 
4. 4. This consent is given voluntarily and without coercion. 
5. 5. I may revoke this consent in writing at any time, and Jainam Broking Limited, will remove my testimonial from future use within a reasonable period.
