About company
Incorporated in 2013, Roopa Screen Ltd manufactures rotary nickel screens used in rotary screen-printing machines, mainly by textile manufacturers for continuous fabric printing. These cylindrical, perforated metal screens act as stencils, allowing printing paste to pass through and create patterns on fabric. In addition to rotary nickel screens, they are also engaged in the trading of nickel cathodes, which are primarily used as a key raw material in the production process of nickel screens. Such trading activities are undertaken to support their manufacturing operations, ensure availability of critical raw materials and optimize procurement efficiencies.
Product Offerings:

In Fiscal 2026, they supplied the rotary nickel screens to over 200+ customers across India. A significant portion of their revenues was generated from markets including Gujarat, Maharashtra, Haryana, Punjab and Tamil Nadu.
The business operations and product offerings are exclusively focused on the business-to-business (B2B) segment, catering primarily to textile printing units. They engage directly with the customers through their in-house sales team to ensure focused market coverage and dedicated customer support.
The companies manufacturing operations are currently carried out at the facility situated at Plot Nos. 189–190, Gallops Industrial Park–II, Mouje Vasna Chacharwadi, Taluka Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Strengths and Risks
Strengths
Top-Line & Profit Surge: Total income grew to ?51.32 crore in FY26 (up from ?45.63 crore in FY25 and ?35.85 crore in FY24). Profit After Tax (PAT) climbed significantly to ?6.48 crore in FY26, marking a robust multi-year earnings expansion.
Over 50% of the fresh issue proceeds (?9.90 crore) are allocated toward establishing a new manufacturing facility to scale up production capacity, while ?6.00 crore is earmarked for working capital requirements. Debt-to-equity metrics have also improved notably over recent reporting periods.
Serves a diversified client base of over 200 textile printing customers spanning key manufacturing hubs across India (such as Gujarat, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Tamil Nadu).
Risks
Operations are heavily dependent on the health, demand cycles, and capital expenditure spending of the domestic textile processing industry. Any structural slowdown in textiles directly impacts screen demand.
Production heavily relies on raw materials like nickel cathode. Sudden global price swings in nickel can compress operating margins if cost increases cannot be fully passed on to customers.
While it serves customers across various states, a substantial portion of operations and core markets remain tied to specific domestic industrial clusters, creating regional dependency.
