About company
Incorporated in December 2014, Robokidz Eduventures Limited is an education technology company engaged in providing technology-enabled learning and skill development solutions for K-12 students in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Coding, Electronics, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Strengths and Risks
Strengths
The company has delivered sharp top-line and bottom-line scaling. Total income surged from ?38.31 crores in FY24 to ?93.72 crores in FY26, while Profit After Tax (PAT) climbed significantly from ?2.42 crores to ?10.06 crores over the same window.
Robokidz reports high capital efficiency, with a Return on Equity (ROE) / Return on Net Worth (RoNW) of 56.46% and a Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) of 29.64% for FY26.
At the upper price band of ?106, the IPO trades at an attractive historical P/E multiple of roughly 7.37x to 8.35x (based on FY26 earnings), offering scarcity value as there are no direct listed peers in the pure-play K-12 STEM/robotics segment.
Risks
Institutional and institutional channel risk is pronounced. The company’s top 10 customers accounted for 77.99% of its operational revenue in FY26, meaning the loss of key institutional relationships could hit earnings hard.
Despite strong reported profits, the company has logged negative cash flows from operating activities (e.g., negative ?5.09 crores in FY26) due to elongated trade receivable cycles and inventory holding patterns.
Total borrowings expanded from ?14.29 crores in FY24 to ?29.80 crores in FY26, reflecting the capital-intensive nature of executing institutional lab infrastructure projects ahead of cash collections.
