Strengths and Risks
Strengths
Revenue & Profits: Total income scaled to ?215.96 crore in FY26 (up from ?171.55 crore in FY25), while Profit After Tax (PAT) expanded roughly 33.5% to ?15.81 crore.
Operates an integrated milling plant with an installed capacity of 56,100 MTPA. It utilizes a sustainable zero-waste, zero-discharge manufacturing approach by converting by-products like wheat bran into high-value cattle feed.
A portion of the fresh issue proceeds is allocated toward expanding infrastructure—specifically funding new plant and machinery (?6.69 crore) and civil construction (?5.01 crore)—while the remainder supports working capital needs (?26.50 crore).
Risks
Sourcing for raw agricultural commodities depends heavily on a single region (Madhya Pradesh), exposing operations to localized agricultural disruptions, weather anomalies, and crop yield fluctuations.
The company relies on a limited concentration of B2B customers (super stockists/wholesalers) and key suppliers, meaning the loss of major relationships could heavily impact top-line revenue.
As an SME IPO listed on the BSE SME platform with a high minimum retail investment threshold (over ?2.4 lakh), secondary market liquidity can be thin, resulting in higher potential price volatility.
