About Vama Wovenfab Limited

The business traces back to March 2011, incorporated then as Vama Wovenfab Private Limited, converting to a public limited company only in 2025. It makes PP and HDPE woven sack bags and fabric packaging out of a Nani Daman facility, also trading plastic granules and supplying customised bulk packaging to B2B clients across agriculture, food processing, chemicals, fertilizers, sugar, and cement.

Total income jumped from ₹77.76 crore in FY25 to ₹214.62 crore in FY26, and profit after tax climbed from ₹6.84 crore to ₹11.55 crore over the same period. FY26 numbers from the offer documents show ROE at 50.37%, debt-to-equity at 0.89, and a post-issue P/E near 15.33x at the issue price. Promoters and the promoter group are set to hold roughly 72% once the issue closes.

Vama Wovenfab IPO Listing Date & Expectations

Listing sits tentatively on September 22 at BSE SME. Since this goes out ahead of that date, take it as tentative until the exchange actually confirms it.

Credit of Shares & Refund Timeline

Refunds and ASBA unblocking for anyone who missed out land on September 21. Shares hit successful applicants’ demat accounts the same day, a day before listing.

Grey Market Premium (GMP) & Market Sentiment

As of September 21, the IPO grey market premium was pricing Vama Wovenfab at roughly ₹3 above issue price, per tracking sources. Worth remembering GMP is unofficial, unregulated, and moves constantly, so it’s a loose signal at best, not a forecast of where the stock actually lands.
